For yoga teachers: I am available for half-day workshops focusing on Sanskrit grammar, pronunciation, and chanting. These sessions provide a foundation for teachers and practitioners who wish to honour the tradition with clarity and authenticity.

Chanting is the recitation of sacred texts, it is not singing, but it is a precise and intentional practice rooted in ancient traditions.
In the tradition of the Vedas, mantras must be chanted with strict adherence to specific rules, including:

- Enhancing smṛti (memory and concentration) through repetition and rhythm
- Inducing a meditative state, naturally calming the nervous system
- Supporting healing and well-being, as sound frequencies promote balance in the body and mind
- Deepening spiritual connection, linking us to an ancient lineage of wisdom and devotion
