​Aṣṭāṅga yoga for beginners!

If you are a beginner in Aṣṭāṅga you have two options with us:

1. Join the Tuesday night class with Fabrizio , this class takes place at 18h45, ideal for total beginners.

2. Join the half primary led class on Friday night with Elisa. Ideal if you know some Aṣṭāṅga but not much.
