Come to visit our Shala and meet us!
Programme for the day:

Morning 11am to 12h30: led class accessible to beginners, questions and answers. (This part is dedicated to people who are new to the Shala).

Afternoon 14h to 16h: presentation of the holistic therapies we offer at the Shala (Shiatsu and Cranio sacral therapy).
This will be followed by do-in (led by Elisa) and accessible prāṇāyāma/relaxation (led by Francesca) to close the day. 
This part is open to all, also to our students.

A FEW SIMPLE RULES TO RESPECT AT THE SHALA !

  • Booking is mandatory by What'sApp or text to the teacher (see details under 'Classes).
    Once you have booked your spot, you will be charged for it. Do not book if you're not sure that you will be coming. 
  • You MUST have your own mat and towel,  we do not have any spare mats to lend anymore. If you do not bring your own mat, you will not be able to practice.
  • If you have ANY flu-like symptoms, cold, cough, sneezing and the like, you will be turned away. If you have booked and then you feel sick, I won't charge you for the class. Please be very honest with this!!!!!! Even if you have no symptoms but do not feel well, do not come!
