At the Ashtanga Space Brussels we teach traditional  Aṣṭāṅga Yoga and we honour moon days, which means that on New and Full moon days we do not teach Mysore, as students and teachers alike should take rest. 
On Moon days, our regular Aṣṭāṅga classes do not take place. Find the list of moon days for 2025 below.
